Fabrics

This is a list of the most used fabrics in our production.
The usual width of a fabric roll is 100/150/320 cm.

Texflag (TFG)

TFG is the standard and most frequently used fabric in our flag production.

100% Polyester, Weight: 120 gr./m2, indoor/outdoor use

Texflag - Neon Yellow / Orange

TFG-NeY and TFG-NeO are the same fabrics as Texflag, but in a special neon color for eye-catching flags. Printing is only possible in black.

Windtex (WTX)

WTX is used for flags. The service life is longer than TFG by approx. 30%. WTX flags are not hemmed (only cut) around for longer durability.

Texflag X (TFGX)

TFGX is the most durable fabric for flags. Special knitting and heavier weight. Slightly glossy effect.

100% Polyester, Weight: 145 gr./m2, indoor/outdoor use

Spun (SPN)

SPUN is a woven flag fabric, but too heavy for beachflags. The yarn is very strong.

100% Polyester, Weight: 160 gr./m2, indoor/outdoor use

Satin (SAT)

SAT is high-gloss one-sided knitted fabric. It is mostly used for exclusive interior flags, presentation tablecloths, etc.

100% Polyester, Weight: 150 gr./m2, indoor use

Bannertex (BTX)

BTX is a frequently used fabric for interior applications. High density fabric with rich colors and sharp print pattern.

100% Polyester, Weight: 230 gr./m2, indoor use

Tablecloth (TBC)

TBC is very strong fabric with a woven relief pattern in a white, soft cream color. The fabric has a special hydrophobic treatment. If you spill red wine on it, just take a napkin, wipe it, and the accident solved.

Blockout Black (BLB)

BLB is a single-sided knit fabric with a black opaque polyurethane coating on the back. Slightly elastic for use with frame systems. (For example our Aluframe system)

100% Polyester / PU, Weight: 270 gr./m2, indoor use

Blockout Grey (BLG)

BLG is a single-sided fabric with a gray opaque polyurethane coating on the back. The fabric is dimensionally stable and strong. Recommended for Roll-Up where translucency is undesirable.

Blockout X (BLX)

BLX is a double-sided fabric for double-sided printing. It is thick and opaque to prevent the print on the reverse side from showing through.

Stretchtex (STR)

STR is an Italian highly elastic fabric (up to 200%) in both directions, very pleasant to the touch and soft. Usually used for sportswear, advertising sleeves, starter shirts, etc.

100% Polyester with elastan, Weight: 130 gr./m2, indoor use

Suede (SUE)

SUE is a one-sided suede fabric with a "hairy" surface. Very pleasant to the touch, does not pull out, matte appearance. Suitable for interior, decorative textiles, tablecloths, pillows, etc.

100% Polyester, Weight: 230 gr./m2, indoor use

Mircofiber (MFB)

MFB is thick polyester fabric made of microfiber and with fire-retardant treatment. The surface is matte and thanks to the density, the print is very rich in color. Thanks to the microfiber, the fabric has good cleaning capabilities.
